Return policy
According to Romanian legislation, you have a period of 14 days in which you can cancel your order without having to justify your decision. These 14 calendar days are calculated from the moment you take possession of the ordered product.
According to art. 14 paragraph 2 of O.U.G. 34/2014 "The consumer bears the direct costs related to the return of the products." The costs related to the return of the product to our company will be the client s responsibility.
Returned parcels, with transport payment to BISBAGS S.R.L., will be automatically refused.
Considering that the products sold by BISBAGS S.R.L. are single-use, you will only be able to return products that have not been opened or used.
As a result, if the ordered product does not meet your requirements, it can be returned in the original packaging
together with the completed return form.
Important: BISBAGS SRL reserves the right to refuse the returned products if:
- the products have been used by you (e.g. they have been opened, used for packaging different
products or damaged etc. ).
- the packaging of the products is not intact;
- the content of the package is incomplete;
- the condition of the products does not allow their resale.
To benefit from the right of withdrawal/return, you must complete the return form and

Personalized products with client logo that have been shipped on a special order basis cannot be returned.
The processing of a return will be done as follows:
1. The return form is sent according to the steps above
2. Bisbags S.R.L. will notify the courier to pick up the parcels according to the information in the return form
3. Parcels received from the courier will be checked in the BISBAGS warehouse and a cancellation invoice will be issued.
4. The counter value of the return will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days to the account specified in
the return form.
A parcel switch will be done when the products received by the customer are not the same as the placed order.
In this situation, the cost of transport will be borne by BISBAGS and the return form is not needed.
